Just days before the election, in the face of Trump’s rolling coup, in the face of widespread voter suppression, and armed MAGA thugs mobilizing, artists and musicians will come together in Downtown LA to say, No Stolen Election! Trump/Pence Out Now!

“The enthusiasm behind my involvement in this event comes from careful listening to what the Trump administration has been saying all along and what the Supreme Court justices have been and are currently orchestrating. There is a coup underway.” said Norwood Fisher, the bass player from the well
known punk band Fishbone and band leader of Trulio Disgracias, “The Trump/Pence regime have no intention of vacating their position of power. Trump is threatening violence if he loses. The people must take to the streets in sustained, nonviolent protest, letting it be known that we will not sit and allow a fascist authoritarian government to take full control. Music and art are unifying. They are forms that all at once, allow us to protest tyranny and celebrate freedom. In the name of humanity, we refuse to accept a fascist America!”

Following the concert, there will be a screening of the new documentary from filmmaker Colin Day, The Art of Protest which Rolling Stone called “equal parts gut-wrenching and exhilarating…”

Refuse Fascism, the hosts of this event, are not waiting for Election Day but mobilizing now for mass, sustained, nonviolent protest — in the streets everyday through the election until Trump and Pence are OUT!
