Statement from Zak Fisher, President of the UCLA Grad Student Association and third year law student

“It is more critical than ever that those who see the fascist tendencies and nazi/neonazi tactics of the Trump/Pence administration join together in sustained mass protest. Change will never come until we join together and demand it. As book stores continue to close at a record pace in the United States and life expectancy continues a relatively recent downward trend, we have to mobilize in the streets and make known our unequivocal rejection of fascist bastards like Donald Trump and Mike Pence. I see this as our duty as Americans, a people who must be dedicated to common ideals of justice, freedom, and equality in order to comport with the principles laid forth in our Constitution.”

IN THE NAME OF HUMANITY, WE REFUSE TO ACCEPT A FASCIST AMERICA!

NOW IS the TIME WHEN WE MUST RISE UP and ACT to STOP the CONSOLIDATION of TRUMP MAGA FASCISM. For the lives of people here and around the world we must refuse unlawful and inhumane orders… we must fill the streets and town squares in non-violent protest—not stopping until we become millions — not relenting until this regime is no longer able to implement its program or maintain its hold on power.
