We have been living through a rolling coup — a theft of an election — heading to a showdown November 3. Biden-Harris campaign buses with Democratic politicians on board were surrounded and nearly run off the road by MAGA caravans in Texas. Police in North Carolina pepper-sprayed families marching to the polls. This is the violence the Trump/Pence regime has unleashed to remain in power. Trump wants to claim victory on Election Night and stop the counting of millions of votes, and is now backed by a pro-fascist majority on the Supreme Court.

NOW IS THE TIME TO STAND TOGETHER IN THE STREETS AND PUBLIC SQUARES, CONTINUING THROUGH THE ELECTION AND AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO DRIVE THIS FASCIST REGIME OUT OF POWER.

We must vote in big numbers. But, the reality is that voting alone will not stop Trump. Nor can we rely on Biden and the Democratic leadership to wage the kind of struggle that is needed to stop a fascist coup. After we vote, the masses of people must take to the streets in non-violent protest and take an unequivocal moral stand: We demand Trump/Pence Out Now!  Our numbers, our diversity, and our heart for humanity can overwhelm this fascist movement and sustain us through whatever the Trump/Pence regime tries to do to remain in power. As we grow, we will inspire millions more to join this great struggle, until those in power are compelled to concede to our single demand that the regime must go.
