RefuseFascism.org condemns the reckless and dangerous slander directed at the upcoming NO KINGS DAY protests by three leading Congressional MAGA fascists.
US House Speaker Mike Johnson said, “It’s all the pro-Hamas wing and the antifa people, they’re all coming out.” House Majority Leader Steve Scalise called it a “hate America rally.” House Majority Whip Tom Emmer went further, saying that the second NO KINGS DAY is the “Radical Left” Democrats “caving” to the “the terrorist wing” of their party.
These vicious lies must be taken seriously. They come in the wake of the Trump regime designating “antifa” (an intentionally vague term) a “domestic terrorist” organization that needs to be dismantled with every repressive apparatus and tool at their disposal. The Trump regime and abettors in Congress are fomenting violence — from official government forces and their virulent MAGA social base — by smearing and threatening those who exercise their core constitutional rights to free speech and public assembly.
The response to this slander must be an even larger and more determined turnout than the first NO KINGS DAY. Every threat, every slander, every attempt to intimidate those resisting this illegitimate regime must be met with ever stronger and more determined nonviolent opposition.
This outrageous attack only deepens Refuse Fascism’s commitment to support and build for NO KINGS DAY on October 18. Every day this regime continues to inflict its repressive agenda that shreds the rule of law and moves to wipe out the right to speech and dissent. This is intolerable. This is fascism and it must be stopped.
These slanders and threats against NO KINGS DAY underscore the need for what Refuse Fascism is calling for: All Out for NO KINGS DAY, and onward to NOVEMBER 5 in DC: a massive, unrelenting nonviolent mobilization in the seat of power to demand: The Trump Fascist Regime Must Go Now! Every person and organization of conscience is welcome and needed to join this historic mobilization. Now is the moment when we must all act together.

Fascism is not a looming threat. It is upon us now.
Humanity’s only hope is for the decent people of this country to rise in our millions. We cannot wait for future and rigged elections. We must drive the Trump Fascist Regime from power.
Beginning November 5, the one-year anniversary of Trump’s election, flood DC in nonviolent protest. Surround the White House. Surround the Capitol. Surround the illegitimate fascist-packed Supreme Court. Come back again and again. Across the country, refuse to comply. Every person of conscience, millions of us together, grind the machinery of the fascist regime to a halt.
Don’t stop until Trump is removed.
