What: Rally to demand Trump/Pence Out Now!

Today, on the first day of Donald’s Trump impeachment trial, the #OUTNOW! movement is holding a rally calling for the immediate removal of the Trump/Pence regime, and announcing their call for people to flood Washington D.C. with non-violent protests.

These are not normal times and this is not a “normal” President and regime.

“Everyday this regime is in power, threatens the future of humanity and the planet,” says RefuseFascism.org spokesperson Rafael Kadaris. “Yesterday, over 20,000 came to a white supremacist “gun rights” rally in Richmond Virginia – on MLK Day! Donald Trump supported and cheered on yesterday’s armed rally.”

Concentration camps on the border… environmental devastation accelerated… war, even nuclear war, threatened… fascist mobs and racist mass murderers… truth and science erased… the right to abortion near gone… the rule of law and democratic and civil rights being stripped away…

“Impeachment proceedings have already revealed Trump’s efforts to manipulate the 2020 elections. Now Trump declares he’s above the law and can do whatever he wants,” says Kadaris. “THIS IS FASCISM UNFOLDING AND IN POWER.”

“We are at a crucial crossroads and what we do now can determine the future. It underscores the urgency for determined struggle by the people to go all the way to demand: Trump/Pence #OUTNOW!”

“OUR power is the power of the people acting with determination in the streets, not protesting one day and going home, but flooding the streets in mass, sustained, nonviolent protest,” Emma Kaplan of RefuseFascism.org states.

“Everyone with a conscience must face this hard truth,” Kaplan emphasizes. “But that is not enough—we must ACT ON IT.”
